This ESES conference will cover all new topics in the field of endocrine surgery and beyond, in close collaboration with our colleagues of endocrinology, radiology and nuclear medicine.
As every year the meeting is divided in 3 parts: Updates in oncological breast surgery, Breast reconstructive surgery and Aesthetic breast surgery. There will be much discussion on hot topics and trends in areas of breast surgery, new surgical strategies after neo-adjuvant therapy, new trends in breast surgery education, latest techniques in oncoplastic surgery, pre-pectoral breast reconstruction and alternative perforator flaps.
It is proposed that direct mechanical loading can impair dermal lymphatic function, contributing to the causal pathway of pressure ulcers. The present study aims to investigate the effects of loading on human dermal lymphatic vessels. Ten participants were recruited with ages ranging from 24 to 61 years.
